The City of Smyrna, located in Georgia, is seeking qualification proposals from firms to develop a comprehensive 5-year Cybersecurity Strategic Plan and Incident Response Plan. This initiative aims to enhance the city's cybersecurity posture and ensure effective incident management.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for creating a detailed Cybersecurity Strategic Plan that outlines the city's cybersecurity goals, objectives, and strategies over a five-year period.

Additionally, the firm will develop an Incident Response Plan that provides protocols for responding to cybersecurity incidents.
