Construction Services for New O'Kelly Memorial Library

Background
The Azalea Regional Library System (AZRLS) is seeking proposals from General Contractors to provide construction services for the new O'Kelly Memorial Library located in Loganville, Georgia.
The goal of this contract is to successfully construct the library as per the provided plans and specifications, which can be accessed starting October 16, 2024.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for all construction services required for the new O'Kelly Memorial Library.
