Construction Manager at Risk Services: City Hall

Background
The City of Cartersville, Georgia, is seeking qualified contractors to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for the pre-construction and construction phases of a new City Hall.
The project aims to enhance the city's infrastructure and provide a modern facility for city operations.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for:
- Providing preconstruction services including technical review, cost verification, cost evaluation, value engineering, schedule development, and schedule evaluation.
- Managing the construction of a new three-story City Hall building with a partial lower fourth level, totaling approximately 31,000 square feet.
- Overseeing site development between North Erwin Street, West Church Street, North Public Square, and West Cherokee Avenue to create a pedestrian park area and a separate lower-level parking zone along N. Public Square.
- Collaborating with the Design Professional to develop separate bid packages during the project.
- Ensuring methods of construction are safe and efficient while coordinating all construction activities within budget and schedule constraints.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to follow the outlined schedule of events leading up to the completion of construction services.
