Construction & Facilities Equipment Rental Service

Background
The State of Georgia's Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) is issuing this solicitation to establish statewide contracts with qualified suppliers for Construction and Facility Equipment Rental Services.

The goal is to provide a broad selection of construction and facility equipment along with turnkey solutions, including delivery, training, setup, and maintenance services. This initiative aims to meet the diverse needs of the State over short-term periods not exceeding six months.

Work Details
Suppliers will be required to provide rental services in six categories:
1) Air Compressor Equipment,
2) HVAC,
3) Heavy Equipment,
4) Lighting Equipment,
5) Material Handling and Moveable Equipment,
6) Power Generation.

The services include equipment delivery, training for users, setup of equipment at the site, and ongoing maintenance during the rental period. All equipment must be in a Work Ready condition as defined in the Request for Proposal (RFX). Additionally, suppliers must comply with all specifications outlined in the Statewide Contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will last for a maximum of six months per rental agreement. There is an option for renewal on a year-to-year basis at the discretion of the Agency.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed statewide across various locations within Georgia as specified by User Entities in individual Purchase Instruments.
