Civic Center Repairs

Background
Oconee County is seeking proposals from contractors for various repairs to the Oconee County Civic Center, located at 2661 Hog Mountain Road, Watkinsville, Georgia 30677. The goal of this contract is to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the Civic Center, which serves as a community hub.

The Oconee County Board of Commissioners is responsible for overseeing this project.

Work Details
The scope of work includes various repairs as detailed in Section III of the bid documents. Specific tasks may involve:
- Replacement flooring in designated areas (Exhibit A)
- Renovations to the concession area (Exhibit B)
