City of Brookhaven Website Design

Background
The City of Brookhaven is seeking a supplier to design and develop a new website, including a new content management system (CMS) platform and ongoing support. The goal is to create an ADA-compliant solution that meets the 2026 federal mandates and accommodates the city's diverse demographics.

The current website contains approximately 4,400 published pages, 7,600 PDFs/documents, and 2,300 image files. In August 2024, the site had 28,237 active users and over 40,000 sessions. The Communications Department will oversee the project.

Work Details
The contract involves web design/development services for the City of Brookhaven's website. Key requirements include:
- Development of a new website and CMS platform that is ADA-compliant.
- Ongoing agency support/customer service.
- The CMS must allow administrators to manage the site independently after training.
- The solution must be available in multiple languages reflecting city demographics.
- Hosting services will be negotiated separately from this RFP.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract shall commence upon execution and continue through December 31, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the City of Brookhaven, Georgia.
