Cedar Croft Path Fencing

Background
The City of Peachtree City is issuing a contract for the Cedar Croft Path Fencing project. This project involves the removal and replacement of approximately 1,200 linear feet of chain-link fence along the Cedar Croft path west of Joel Cowan Parkway. The goal is to enhance safety and accessibility in the area by replacing the existing fencing with new guardrails and fencing, while also addressing any necessary vegetation and tree removal.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Removing approximately 1,200 LF of existing chain-link fence along both sides of the Cedar Croft path.
- Installing new guardrails and fencing as specified in the construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Removing vegetation and possibly some trees as needed to facilitate the installation.

Period of Performance
The project must be substantially complete within 60 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Final completion is required within 30 calendar days beyond substantial completion.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed along the Cedar Croft path to the west of Joel Cowan Parkway in Peachtree City, Georgia.
