Bryan County Sheriff's Shooting Range Prefabricated Building

Background
The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed proposals for the design and construction of a new prefabricated building intended for use as a Sheriff's training facility.

This facility will be located at the proposed shooting range facility at 4611 Bacontown Rd., Pembroke, Georgia 31321. The project aims to enhance training capabilities for the Sheriff's department.

Work Details
The scope of the project includes the design and construction of a prefabricated building that will feature four (4) offices, two (2) training rooms, an open multi-use space, simulation areas, a kitchen equipped with residential-grade appliances, and a secure storage area.

Additionally, bidders are required to provide an add alternate for a modular shoot house kit.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be performed until March 26, 2025, when proposals will be opened publicly.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the shooting range facility located at 4611 Bacontown Rd., Pembroke, Georgia 31321.
