Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Brand Development & Website Redesign for the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies to Georgia State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. The Andrew Young School of Policy Studies ( Andrew Young School, or the School ) at Georgia State University (GSU) seeks a strategic partner to define its brand identity and develop a new website that effectively communicates its mission, values, and impact. The selected vendor will work in alignment with Georgia State s overarching brand while crafting a distinctive identity for the Andrew Young School. The website will serve as a dynamic, user-centric platform that enhances engagement with prospective students, faculty, alumni, donors, and other stakeholders. The project will be structured in phases, with clear deliverables for brand positioning, digital identity, and website development. The goal is to create a scalable digital framework that can be extended to other colleges within GSU.
