BL128-24 Purchase of Desktops, Laptops, Ruggedized Devices, Tablets, Printers and Peripheral Equipme

Background
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the Purchase of Desktops, Laptops, Ruggedized Devices, Tablets, Printers and Peripheral Equipment on an Annual Contract with four options to renew for the Department of Information Technology Services.

The goal is to provide necessary technology equipment to various county departments including police precincts, parks, fire stations, and public utility facilities.

Work Details
The contract includes the supply of approximately 8,000 desktops, laptops, ruggedized computers, 500 desktop printers, 100 document scanners, and assorted computer-related peripherals. Suppliers must be authorized resellers for specified products. The bid must reflect total costs including shipping and handling.

The selected supplier(s) will provide:
- **Desktops**: HP EliteDesk Mini G11, Dell OptiPlex Tower Plus 7020, Lenovo Desktop TC M90s Gen 5, Apple Mac Studio with specific configurations and warranties.
- **Laptops**: HP EliteBook 860 G11, Dell Latitude 5550, Lenovo Notebook ThinkPad T16 Gen 3, Apple MacBook Pro with defined specifications.
- **Tablets**: Microsoft Surface Pro 10, Dell Latitude 7350 Detachable, Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+, Apple iPad Pro with required features.
- **Ruggedized Devices**: Zebra TC78 handhelds and various rugged tablets from Panasonic and Getac.
- **Printers**: Full product line of HP® printers and plotters that are network-ready.
- **Peripheral Equipment**: Various computer components including external hard drives, USB flash drives, scanners, video cards, monitors among others. Pricing must be stated as a percentage off MSRP.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on January 1, 2025 or upon Board of Commissioners approval and will include four (4) options to renew for additional twelve-month periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within Gwinnett County, Georgia.
