BIA Charter School Marketing RFP-2025-001

Background
BIA Charter Academy is a K-8 public charter school located in Norcross, Georgia, serving approximately 550 students. Established in 2017, BIA received its most recent five-year charter renewal in July 2022 and is authorized by the State Charter School Commission of Georgia.

The school's mission is to provide an education that maximizes individual talents and prepares students for success in a technology-driven economy. BIA employs Project Based Learning as a teaching method to engage students in complex questions and challenges.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from experienced marketing/PR/advertising agencies to develop a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at increasing student enrollment and raising awareness of BIA across the state.

Work Details
The selected agency will create a marketing plan that includes strategies such as search engine optimization, thought leader appearances for BIA administrators and staff, social media campaigns, and well-branded collateral pieces.

The contract will require the agency to provide ongoing marketing/PR/advertising services for up to two years, with an option for renewal. The proposal must detail the agency's past experience with charter schools and student recruitment, outline the personnel involved in managing the contract, evaluate BIA's current web assets, propose an annual marketing plan addressing various strategies (including communication planning, public relations, media planning and buying, digital advertising, email marketing, etc.), and include case studies or examples of previous work.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract term is up to two years with services commencing approximately on May 15, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at BIA Charter Academy located at 186 Hunter Street, Norcross, GA 30071.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must demonstrate their experience within the education sector specifically regarding charter schools and student recruitment. Proposals must include evidence of financial stability and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Additionally, proposals must be submitted by April 15, 2025.
