A/C for HVAC Preventive and Routine Service

Background
The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is issuing this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) on behalf of Savannah Technical College (STC) to establish an Agency Contract with qualified suppliers for HVAC Preventive and Routine Services.
The goal is to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC systems across multiple campuses, including the Main Campus, Effingham County, Liberty County, Savannah Culinary Institute, and Crossroads Campuses.

Work Details
The selected supplier will provide comprehensive HVAC Preventive and Routine Services at the following locations:
1. Savannah Campus - 5717 White Bluff Road, Savannah, GA 31405 (8 Buildings)
2. Effingham Campus - GA 21, Rincon, GA 31326 (3 Buildings)
3. Liberty Campus - 100 Technology Drive, Hinesville, GA 31313 (2 Buildings)
4. Crossroads Campus - 170 and 190 Crossroads Parkway, Savannah GA 31407 (2 Buildings)
5. Savannah Culinary Institute - 7 West Bay Street, Savannah GA 31401 (1 Building).
Services include regular maintenance checks, emergency repairs, system diagnostics, and any necessary replacements or upgrades to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue until the end of the State’s current fiscal year (June 30).
There is an option for one additional year of renewal at the discretion of the State Entity.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at multiple locations in Georgia including Savannah Technical College's Main Campus in Savannah, Effingham County Campus in Rincon, Liberty County Campus in Hinesville, Crossroads Campus in Savannah, and the Savannah Culinary Institute.
