Background
The Carroll County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids from qualified dealers to supply Nine (9) New Stationary Compactors for the Carroll County Solid Waste Convenience Centers. This initiative aims to enhance waste management services within the county, aligning with their mission to provide efficient and sustainable waste disposal solutions.

Work Details
The contract involves providing Nine (9) New Stationary Compactors that meet the specifications outlined in Section III of the bid document. Bidders must submit a detailed proposal that includes product descriptions, options, warranty information, and pricing. All proposals must comply with the minimum specifications set forth by the county. All prices should be quoted FOB Destination. Additionally, bidders are required to include any manufacturer specifications or technical data with their submissions.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed upon award and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery of the compactors will occur at the Carroll County Public Works Department located at 34 Horsley Mill Road, Carrollton, GA 30117.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid business license and ensure that all property taxes and fees owed to Carroll County Government are current prior to the award of the purchase order or contract. Contractors must comply with O.C.G.A § 13-10-91 regarding work authorization programs and provide affidavits as required.
