Background
Fulton County, Georgia, through the Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide support services for the Office of Contract Compliance. The goal is to assist in promoting full and equal business opportunities for all persons seeking to do business with the County, particularly focusing on non-discrimination in purchasing and contracting policies.

Work Details
The selected firm will assist the Office of Contract Compliance in the following areas:

- Outreach Plan Development and Facilitation
- Utilization and Monitoring of County Projects
- Workshop/Training Development and Facilitation

The firm must provide qualified technical and professional personnel to perform these duties as assigned.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution in 2025 and will end on December 31, 2025. There are options for two one-year renewal terms, subject to approval by the County Board of Commissioners.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within Fulton County, Georgia.
