#2565-A: Water Bill Printing

Background
Fayette County, Georgia is seeking quotes for the printing of water bills under solicitation #2565-A. The purpose of this contract is to provide a specified quantity of printed water bills to support the county's water billing operations. The Fayette County Water System serves various areas including Peachtree City, Tyrone, Woolsey, Brooks, and parts of Fayetteville. This initiative aims to ensure efficient and timely delivery of water bills to residents.

Work Details
The contractor will provide 340,000 water bills printed on 24lb white paper with a brightness factor of 84 minimum. The specifications include:
- Single sheet form (8.5" x 11")
- Horizontal micro-perf for a removable payment stub
- Blank front
- Back printed in two colors (black and teal blue)

The teal blue color code is #71C9C4 and the navy blue color code is #083250. The quote covers printing only; no additional services such as bill stuffing or inserts are included. Deliveries will be made in three shipments: the first shipment will consist of 114,000 bills within the first two months of the contract, followed by two shipments of 113,000 each. All deliveries must be inside deliveries only, with arrangements made prior to shipping.

Period of Performance
The contract period will begin on July 1, 2025, and continue through June 30, 2026. There is an option for two additional one-year renewal terms.
