The City of Dawsonville is seeking proposals from qualified Information Technology (IT) firms to provide, oversee, and manage the City's IT network functions on a recurring monthly basis.
This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and security of the City's IT operations, ensuring reliable support for its various technological needs.

Work Details
The selected IT firm will be responsible for a comprehensive range of managed IT services including:
- Comprehensive Trouble Ticketing System with Help Desk Support for business hours and after-hours as needed.
- Unlimited remote and onsite support with after-hours and emergency support for all systems.
- Data encryption and document management with automatic offsite data transfer and backups.
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) capabilities.
- 24/7 Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) with an expert team on standby.
- Support for security incidents including isolation, remediation, recovery strategies, and maintenance of a Cyber Incident Response Plan (CIRP).
- Licensing and hosting fees for remote management and monitoring suite.
- Anti-malware and ransomware protection with dark web monitoring.
- Managed endpoint prevention, detection, response, and remediation.
- Support for network drives, hardware drive space management, MS security workstation/server patch management, and third-party software programs as needed.
- Secure remote access agent or VPN capabilities for users.
- Security awareness training tools including phishing campaign simulations.
- Microsoft 365 Licenses with managed backup/archive of emails/data for Open Records Act requests.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term will be one year with eligibility for annual renewals.
The City reserves the right to terminate the contract with 90 days written notice if there are violations of terms or unresolved issues.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the City of Dawsonville's facilities located at 415 Hwy 53 E, Suite 100, Dawsonville, GA 30534.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must comply with all terms outlined in the RFP including submitting an executed E-Verify Contractor Affidavit to confirm participation in a federal work authorization program.
Additionally, proposers must provide proof of insurance covering public liability and motor vehicle liability insurance as specified.
