Background

Work Details
The contract involves supplying 22 heavy-duty ergonomic chairs designed for 24/7 use by 911 dispatch operators. The specifications include:
- Chairs must meet minimum durability and comfort standards suitable for continuous use.
- Bidders are required to submit a complete copy of the manufacturer’s specifications to confirm compliance with all requirements.
- The price must include delivery and assembly of each unit, with no additional fees allowed.
- All warranties, both expressed and implied, must be submitted in writing and will be part of the vendor’s formal bid offering.

Period of Performance
Merchandise must be delivered within 30 days of receipt of the Purchase Order.
