Background
The Augusta, Georgia Central Services Department is seeking a qualified vendor for the Boathouse Deck Demolition and Mechanical Improvements project. The goal of this contract is to enhance the facilities at the Augusta Boathouse, ensuring they meet operational and safety standards.

Work Details
The contract involves the demolition of the existing deck at the Augusta Boathouse and implementing mechanical improvements. Specific tasks include:

1) Complete demolition of the existing deck structure;
