25-039 Printing Services for the City of Sandy Springs

Background
The City of Sandy Springs is seeking qualified service providers to deliver a broad range of printing and related services under an annual contract with four (4) renewal options. The goal of this contract is to provide marketing and informational materials for various city events, including wellness events, career fairs, and public meetings. The services will include producing business communication essentials, public and event-specific materials, and specialized printing services.

Work Details
The contract includes the following services:

1. **Business Communication Essentials**:
- Business Cards with logo (250 per box)
- Custom Letterhead with logo (2000 pages)
- Standard #10 Business Envelopes (5000 units)
- Window #10 Business Envelopes (3000 units)
- Special Tax Mailer Envelopes (1000 units, 5.75”x8.75”)
- City-Branded Lined Notepads (100 units)

2. **Event-Specific and Custom Products**:
- Custom Foam Boards for Presentations (150 boards)
- Specialized Green and Pink Paper Printing (1000 sheets)
- Foam Core Boards (24"x36", 50 boards)

3. **Marketing and Informational Materials**:
- Brochures: Gate Fold, Double Gate Fold, Tri-Fold (350 each type)
- A-Frame Signs (200 signs)
- Street Banners (4'x8', CloroPlast or Vinyl, 100 banners)
- Pole Banners (24"x38", Vinyl, 50 banners)
- A Frame Boards (24"x36", CloroPlast, 100 boards)
- Yard Signs (H-Frames, 18"x24", 200 signs)

4. **Public and Event-Specific Materials**:
- Citation Logs and Permit Forms for enforcement tracking and multi-part forms for permits.
- Training Booklets (bound/unbound, 3-hole punched for binders).
- Holiday Cards and Envelopes sized for 5”x7” cards.

5. **Regulatory and Specialized Document Printing**: Security Guard Documents on specialized paper.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will remain in effect until June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods contingent upon annual appropriations by the City Council.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the City of Sandy Springs, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must comply with all applicable federal and state laws as well as local ordinances. They must also provide certifications related to security compliance and drug-free workplace policies as part of their proposal.
