Background
Fulton County, Georgia is seeking to contract a firm to provide foreign language oral interpretation and written translation services for its Department of Diversity & Civil Rights Compliance.
The goal of this contract is to ensure effective communication in various programs, activities, and events sponsored by the County, enhancing accessibility for non-English speaking individuals.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide qualified personnel to perform the following services:
1. Oral language interpretation via telephone, personal computer/laptop devices, and video remote interpreting.
2. Written translation services as requested by County Department staff.
3. Availability and responsiveness 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is set to end on December 31, 2024.
There are options for two one-year renewal terms subject to approval by the County Board of Commissioners.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within Fulton County, Georgia.
