2025002 Tara Stadium Athletic Fieldhouse Replacement

Background
Clayton County Public Schools is issuing a solicitation for the replacement of the Tara Stadium Athletic Fieldhouse located at 1055 Battle Creek Road, Jonesboro, GA 30336.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the facilities at Tara Stadium through the construction and renovation of various structures, thereby supporting the mission of providing quality educational and athletic experiences for students.

Work Details
The proposed scope of work includes:
- Replacement of the field house and storage building.
- Renovation of concessions buildings.
- Exterior improvements such as new awning/canopies, replacement fencing on Home & Visitor sides, landscaping, and new fencing on field level adjacent to the field house.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed following the bid submission deadline on December 18, 2024.

The work will be performed at Tara Stadium located at 1055 Battle Creek Road, Jonesboro, GA 30336.
