Description

The scope of work for the #2 and #3 Chiller overhauls shall include, but not be limited to, labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary to provide turnkey services for motors, compressors and condenser tubes for York-manufactured centrifugal chillers at the North Service Energy Plant ( NSEP ) and the South Service Energy Plant ( SSEP ) for a 1-year contract term.

Background
The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (District) is issuing a bid for the York Centrifugal Chiller Overhauls project. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive maintenance services for York-manufactured centrifugal chillers at two energy plants, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.

Work Details
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Labor
- Materials
- Equipment
- Tools necessary to provide turnkey services for motors, compressors, and condenser tubes specifically for York-manufactured centrifugal chillers.

The work will be conducted at the Central Energy Plant (CEP) and the South Services Studios Central Energy Plant (SSCEP).

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a 1-year term.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Central Energy Plant located at 5300 N Center Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830, and the South Services Studios Central Energy Plant.
