Background
The project is initiated by the Capital Improvements Division of Palm Beach County, focusing on enhancing the HVAC system at the West County Courthouse. The goal is to connect seven rooftop HVAC units to emergency generator power, ensuring reliable climate control during power outages. This work falls under the Annual Contract for Electrical services.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to add seven rooftop HVAC units (units 5-1, 5-2, 4-1, 4-2, 6-1, 6-2, and 6-3) to the emergency generator power system.

The work must comply with engineering drawings and specifications provided in the project documents. Additionally, all operations must be completed within a specified timeframe and adhere to safety and building code regulations.

Period of Performance
The contractor must substantially complete the work within 250 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the West County Courthouse located at 2950 State Road 15, Belle Glade, FL.
