THIS IS NOT A BID.

The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology, intends to enter into an agreement withVanguard Integrity Professionals, Inc. (Vanguard) for annual support and maintenance for Advisor and Administrator RACF software installed on the Department's mainframe.

Based on the advertising process, no prospected vendor could provide the required product. Therefore, the Department intends to award Vanguard Integrity Professionals, Inc. (Vanguard).

Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on March 21, at 9:30 A.M. (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekend until March 26, 2025, at 9:30 A.M. (ET).

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
