Description

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is seeking competitive pricing for the Demolition of existing boardwalk and construction of a new boardwalk complete and ready to use. per plans, and specifications, in accordance with the specifications contained herein.

Background
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is responsible for managing fish and wildlife resources in the state of Florida. The agency is seeking competitive pricing for the demolition of an existing boardwalk and the construction of a new boardwalk at Three Lakes Sunset Ranch. The new structure must be complete and ready for use according to specified plans and specifications.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to demolish the existing boardwalk and construct a new one as per the provided plans and specifications. This includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, permits, licenses, insurance, and services (excluding design services). The work must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be defined in the contract documents, including authorized adjustments for substantial completion of the work plus one year for warranty purposes.

The project will take place at Three Lakes Sunset Ranch, located in Florida.
