Starratt Road and Dunn Creek Road and Vernice Rd Intersection Improvements

Background
The City of Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking bids for the construction of intersection improvements at Starratt Road, Dunn Creek Road, and Vernice Road. This project aims to enhance the infrastructure and safety of these roadways as part of the Public Works Engineering Department's initiatives.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the following tasks:

1. Demolition and construction of a storm sewer system on Starratt Road, Dunn Creek Road, and Vernice Road.
2. Demolition and construction of driveways.
3. Adjustments to the water main under a separate purchase order from JEA.
4. Changes in roadway alignment with demolition and construction of new paved roadway.
5. Demolition and construction of sidewalks.
6. Installation of pavement markings and roadway signage.
7. Turf seeding and sodding.

Period of Performance
The work is to be completed within 270 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
