Background
The Florida Department of Revenue intends to make a single source purchase for the support of the Rev-Trac Software System. The intended single source is Revelation Software Concepts Pty Ltd, based in Australia. The support will include 24x7 desk access, updates and patches, upgrades, and hotline support facilitated through the Rev-Trac 24x7 Help Desk. The estimated dollar amount for this support is $54,955.00.

Work Details
The commodity or service required is software maintenance and support for the Rev-Trac product, manufactured by Revelations Software Concepts. The support will cover one year beginning on 07/01/2024 and ending on 06/30/2025.
It includes annual support fees for the initial system and for the SAP BW and CRM.
The intended use of the support is to provide advanced management and monitoring support for a SAP environment.

Period of Performance
