Pressure Washing Services - Parking Garage 2

Background
The City of Coral Gables, Florida, is seeking bids for pressure washing services for the entire interior of the Municipal Parking Garage No. 2. This facility is a 9-level parking structure with an approximate area of 256,000 square feet located at 250 Aragon Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134. The goal of this contract is to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the parking garage by providing thorough pressure washing services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Remove excess debris from floors and stairwells.
- Pretreat stains on floors with a degreaser.
- Pressure wash all interior walls, floors, and columns from the rooftop to ground level.
- Securely cover all openings to prevent water, chemicals, or debris from escaping.
- Ensure drains are secured to reclaim contaminated water properly.
- Use environmentally friendly detergents and cleaning solutions approved by the City Project Manager before project commencement.
- Obtain all required permits (City permit fees will be waived).
- List any special requirements needed for work completion (e.g., sidewalk closures or traffic modifications) and obtain approval from the City Project Manager.
- Provide a detailed report including before and after photos and observations.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at The City of Coral Gables Municipal Parking Garage No. 2 located at 250 Aragon Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing similar services. They must provide references for at least three (3) engagements in scope and size satisfactorily performed in the last three years. Bidders must also have active status with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporation.
