It is the Agency's intended decision to award this Single Source to Sterling Fleet Outfitters, Inc. The Contractor/Vendor must warrant that it has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good-faith performance as a responsible vendor, and that the Contractor/Vendor shall comport with Chapter 287, F.S., and all other applicable rules and laws. Failure to file a protest within 72 hours, the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), F.S., shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120 F.S.
