Pool Pump Room Repairs - Oceanway Pool

Background
The City of Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking bids for the Pool Pump Room Repairs at Oceanway Pool. The purpose of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the pool's pump room, which is essential for the operation of the facility.

The repairs are part of the city's commitment to providing safe and well-maintained recreational facilities to its community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Install a 15 HP Pump;
2. Install a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD);
3. Install an Electrically Interlocked Chemical Controller;
4. Rebuild Suction/Main/Gutter and Discharge Plumbing;
5. Install Rubber Expansion Joints on Gutter, Main, and Suction Pipes.

Additionally, there will be a warranty provided: a 3-year warranty on parts and labor, a 2-year warranty on Stenner Pumps, and a 12-month warranty on parts installed from the date of installation covering replacement costs.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution of the Purchase Order (PO) or contract and will continue until completion and acceptance of the stated Scope of Work.

The work will be performed at Oceanway Pool located at 12215 Sago Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
