Perforated Paper Stock

Background
The Florida Department of Revenue is seeking competitive pricing for perforated paper stock to be used by its Publishing Services and Service Centers. The goal is to establish a contract with a responsible vendor capable of supplying the required products.

The Department's Publishing Services utilizes high-speed Xerox printers for producing various reports, documents, and tax forms, necessitating specific types of perforated paper stock for efficient processing of tax remittance documents.

Work Details
The contract will cover the supply of two types of perforated paper stock:

1) Single perforated paper stock, white, grain long, 24# virgin paper, smooth finish, with a horizontal laser micro-perforation located at 3 2/3” from the bottom. The estimated need is 4,160,000 sheets per year.

2) Double perforated paper stock, also white, grain long, 24# virgin paper, smooth finish, with horizontal laser micro-perforations located at 3 2/3” from both the bottom and top. The estimated need is 320,000 sheets per year. Delivery will be made upon request to the Department’s Publishing Services located at Huntley Park Building in Tallahassee.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and continue as specified in the solicitation documents.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Florida Department of Revenue’s Publishing Services located at Huntley Park Building, 5040 West Tharpe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32303.
