Qualification applications may also be downloaded from the County's on-line Vendor Self-Service (VSS) system at https://pbcvssp.co.palmbeach.fl.us/webapp/vssp/AltSelfService. The contractor must submit the Qualification Application at least 10 days before the Quote/Bid Due Date in order for its quote/bid to be considered.
