Work Details
The contract includes the following products and services:

1. Platinum Account Subscription - Annual recurring service from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
2. Performance Extra - Annual recurring service from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
3. Web hosting specifications include:
- Dedicated hosting for performance and security.
- Built-in redundancies for automatic backups and on-the-fly backups in case of catastrophic site loss.
- Robust monitoring software (New Relic Pro) to manage loads and speed times while identifying potential errors.
- Multiple site instances for development and testing before deployment to production.
- Guaranteed uptime of 99% or greater with faster page load speeds via Global CDN caching.
- Robust security features including automated HTTPS and rate limiting to mitigate threats to site stability.
- A 24/7 ticketing system with a rapid response time of under two hours.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.

The services will be performed at the Jacksonville Public Library located at 303 North Laura Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.

Bidder Requirements
Pantheon Systems is required to provide a tax-exempt certificate as the library is not tax-exempt under this order form.
