Osprey Hall (Bldg. Z) Switchboard Replacement

Background
The University of North Florida (UNF) Board of Trustees is issuing a competitive solicitation for the services of a qualified Electrical Contractor.

The goal of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to enable UNF to enter into an agreement with a contractor to replace the existing switchboard at Osprey Hall (Building Z), located at 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32224.

Work Details
The scope of work includes all labor, materials, and supervision required to replace the entire switchboard containing multiple breakers, bus bars, cabinet, etc.

The project also requires stub outs for future expansion. The contractor shall supply and install all necessary parts for this project as per the specifications outlined in the switchboard replacement drawings.

Work must be performed during designated hours: Quiet Work between 7:00 am & 9:00 am if done when school is in session, and must be completed 30 minutes prior to sunset from Monday to Friday.

Period of Performance
Substantial completion shall be achieved within 28 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Final completion shall be achieved within 35 calendar days of substantial completion.
