THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BID OR PROPOSAL. THIS IS A STATUTORILY MANDATED FIFTEEN BUSINESS DAY ADVERTISEMENT OF AN INTENDED SINGLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES.

Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these commodities or contractual services shall provide relevant information to the contact person listed on this advertisement no later than November 13, 2024.
If it is determined by the Department, after reviewing information received from prospective vendors, that the commodities or contractual services are available only from a single source, the Department will post notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor on the Vendor Information Portal pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.

Background
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking to procure agricultural machinery for soil preparation through a single source procurement from Oliver and Dahlman Equipment Company, Inc. This procurement is mandated by Florida Statutes.
