Marine Fuel - 90 Non-Ethanol and Diesel

Background
The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking bids from qualified and licensed firms to provide Marine Grade Fuel for City vessels. This contract aims to ensure that the City's marine operations are supported with high-quality fuel in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

Work Details
The Contractor will be responsible for supplying Marine Fuel - 90 Non-Ethanol and Diesel fuel specifically for use in City vessels. The fuel must meet all applicable standards and specifications as required by the City.

The Contractor must ensure timely delivery and compliance with all safety regulations related to the handling and transportation of marine fuels.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term will commence upon the date of award by the City and shall expire two (2) years from that date. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for three (3) additional one (1) year terms, subject to agreement by both parties.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where the City’s marine vessels operate.
