Background
The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) is issuing a notice of intended decision to enter into a single source contract for the procurement of K10 Vision Audit Management Software. The software is intended to be used by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) within the department. The K10 Vision software is essential for ensuring audit compliance with professional audit standards and is necessary to support the internal audit process, as required by Section 20.055, Florida Statutes and Global Internal Audit Standard 10.3.
