Judicial Center Parking Garage - EV Charging Stations

Background
The project is initiated by the Capital Improvements Division of Palm Beach County, aiming to install new electrical vehicle charging stations at the Judicial Center Parking Garage located at 505 Banyan Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL.
This initiative is part of the county's commitment to enhancing infrastructure for electric vehicles and promoting sustainable transportation options.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and supplies necessary for the installation of electrical vehicle charging stations.
The scope includes:
1. Installation of electrical and civil infrastructure improvements as per engineer’s drawings and specifications.
2. Compliance with Florida Building Code for all materials used.
3. Work hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
4. The contractor must complete the work within 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed and is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits within five days of this notice.
5. Liquidated damages will accrue at a rate of $120 per day for failure to meet completion deadlines.

Period of Performance
The contract work must be substantially completed within 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner.

The work will be performed at the Judicial Center Parking Garage located at 505 Banyan Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL.
