Judicial Center Parking Garage - EV Charging Stations

Background
The project is initiated by the Capital Improvements Division of Palm Beach County, aiming to install new electrical vehicle charging stations at the Judicial Center Parking Garage located at 505 Banyan Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL.

This initiative is part of the County's Annual Contract for Electrical services, which seeks to enhance infrastructure for electric vehicles in alignment with sustainable transportation goals.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to install new electrical vehicle charging stations. This includes electrical and civil infrastructure improvements as per the engineer’s drawings and specifications.

The work must comply with Florida Building Code and be completed within 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages of $120 per day will apply for delays beyond this period. The contractor must also provide a Certificate of Occupancy or Completion before final payment.

Period of Performance
The contract work must be substantially completed within 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner.

The work will be performed at the Judicial Center Parking Garage located at 505 Banyan Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL.
