Background
The State of Florida's Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking proposals through an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for the purpose of acquiring office facilities and related infrastructure. The goal is to provide adequate space for the agency's operations within Polk County, ensuring that the facilities meet their operational needs.

Work Details
The contract involves the build-out of office facilities requiring between 11,284 to 12,472 usable square feet. The location must fall within specified boundaries:

- North – W Socrum Loop Road/Old Polk City Road
- East – Polk Parkway
- South – Polk Parkway/Drane Field Road
- West – S County Line Road/Walker Road/Kathleen Road.

The property is expected to be available for occupancy on or about December 1, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed by December 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Polk County, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit sealed replies by May 21, 2025, at 2:30 P.M., EST. All submissions must be directed to Leann Gay or Katherine Kelly at the Department's address in Tallahassee. Unauthorized contact with Department staff regarding the ITN will result in disqualification.
