Holiday Park Phase I: JETC Improvements

Background
The City of Fort Lauderdale is issuing this contract for the Holiday Park Phase I: JETC Improvements project located at 1000 E Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale.
The project aims to enhance the park facilities and infrastructure, aligning with the city's mission to provide quality recreational spaces for its residents.

Work Details
The work under this contract includes:
1. Erosion control and temporary access measures such as silt fence, wind screen, inlet protection, and temporary construction entrance.
2. Clearing and grubbing activities including stripping and grading.
3. Grading and drainage improvements including installation of solid drains, French drains, Type C inlets, water lines, water meters, and valve assemblies.
4. Tennis complex enhancements which involve:
- Demolition of existing asphalt sidewalks
- Construction of new concrete sidewalks
- Installation of benches, gates, chain link fences
- Provision of tennis court equipment
- Application of green clay surfacing
- Installation of shade structures and park signage
- Installation of potable water fountains and trash receptacles
- Implementation of tree protection barriers and landscaping features
- Installation of bleachers.
5. Electrical work for tennis courts including demolition of existing electrical systems, installation of new conduits and conductors, pull boxes, electrical panels, disconnect switches, lighting contactors, receptacles, and court lighting.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period as determined by the project schedule outlined in the bid documents.
