Background
The City of Fernandina Beach is issuing this contract for the repair of the Historic Amelia Island Lighthouse.

Final Completion must be achieved within thirty (30) days after reaching Substantial Completion.

The work will be performed at the Historic Amelia Island Lighthouse located at 215 O’Hagan Lane, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.
