Graco Pack n Play Take Anywhere Playards for Safe Sleep

Background
The State of Florida, Department of Health (Department) is seeking competitive prices for the purchase and delivery of Graco Pack ‘n Play® Take Anywhere™ Playards to designated locations throughout Florida. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain competitive prices for the specified products.

Work Details
The specifications require the Graco Pack ‘n Play® Take Anywhere™ Playard in Emersyn (grey) model 2139174, with specific dimensions and weight.
Upon receipt of an order, the contractor must deliver the units to specified locations within 45 calendar days at no additional cost.
The contractor must maintain shipment tracking information, provide weekly updates on delivery, and replace any defective or damaged units within 30 calendar days of notification from the Department.

Period of Performance
It is anticipated that the Contract resulting from this ITB will be for a one-year term from July 1, 2024, subject to renewal for up to three years beyond the initial Contract, contingent upon availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The contract requires delivery to designated locations throughout Florida.
