Envelope Printing Services

Background
The State of Florida, Department of Health (Department) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to obtain competitive prices for printed envelopes and return address labels of various sizes.

The Department aims to ensure efficient procurement of these essential office supplies to support its operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following products and services:
- #9 Envelopes (White, 2,500 per case)
- #10 Envelopes (White, 2,500 per case)
- 6” x 9.5” Envelopes (White, 1,000 per case)
- 7.5” x 10.5” Envelopes (White, 500 per case)
- 9” x 11.5” Envelopes (White, 500 per case, self-sealing)
- 3.5” X 5” Self-Adhesive Labels for Business Reply Envelope (BRE, White, 2,500 per case).

Special conditions include:
- Printing on white 20-pound paper with a minimum of 10% recycled content in black ink as specified in the provided proofs.
- Delivery within seven business days of order receipt to specified locations.
- Replacement of any non-conforming or defective products at no additional cost within 30 calendar days of notification.
- Monthly reporting on deliveries and pending orders.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to last for an initial three-year term starting from February 10, 2025, with options for renewal for up to three additional years based on performance and funding availability.

The geographic location for the performance of this contract includes various offices specified by the Department within the State of Florida.
