Enterprise AI Chatbot Solution

Background
Florida Atlantic University (FAU) is seeking to enter into an agreement with a qualified vendor to provide an enterprise AI chatbot solution. The goal of this contract is to enhance the university's capabilities through the implementation of an advanced AI-driven chatbot system that can effectively serve the needs of students and staff.

The award will be based on competitive negotiations, ensuring that the selected vendor meets all necessary conditions and requirements outlined in the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN).

Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for delivering an enterprise AI chatbot solution tailored to the needs of Florida Atlantic University. This includes but is not limited to:

- Developing, implementing, and maintaining the chatbot system;
- Ensuring integration with existing university systems;
- Providing training for university staff on how to utilize and manage the chatbot;
- Offering ongoing support and updates as needed.

The proposal must address all conditions and requirements specified in the ITN, as well as any additional preferences indicated by FAU.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue for a duration specified in the final agreement, subject to renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed at Florida Atlantic University campuses located in Boca Raton, Florida.
