Engineering and Consulting Services - RFQ

Background
The City of St. Pete Beach is seeking qualified firms to submit their qualifications for Engineering and Consulting Services. The goal of this contract is to select at least five firms for a three-year term with two one-year renewal options, aimed at providing various engineering and consulting services to support the city's infrastructure projects.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing project-specific civil engineering, architectural, mapping, and related services on an as-needed basis for current and future projects. Services include:

A. General Engineering Design Services:
1. Roads (asphalt, concrete, shell permeable alternatives)
2. Bridges (rehabilitation or replacement)
3. Hazardous waste investigations and remediation
4. Geotechnical soil investigations
5. Stormwater management systems
6. Sanitary systems including pump stations
7. Electrical requirements for facilities
8. Vertical building construction and renovation (roofing, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

B. Transportation Planning and Design Services: Multi-modal transportation planning.

C. Architectural Design Services: Building design for government facilities.

D. Survey Services: Land and easement surveys.

E. Marine Facilities: Seawalls, piers, docks.

F. Community Development Services: Plans review and inspections.

G. Urban Development Planning: Comprehensive plan review.

H. ADA Compliance Review: Website and physical compliance assessments.

I. Financial Services: Grant management and investor services.

J. Information Technology Services.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a three-year term with two optional one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in St. Pete Beach, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Submitters must be licensed in Florida, have a minimum of five years' experience in similar work, and have completed three relevant projects in the last five years.
