Background
The City of Jacksonville, through the Downtown Investment Authority, is seeking a vendor to provide a Parking Permit Management System.
This initiative aims to enhance the management of parking permits within the city, aligning with the agency's mission to improve urban infrastructure and services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive Parking Permit Management System that includes:
- Development and implementation of a cloud-based solution for managing parking permits.
- Features must include user account setup and management, technical support processes, system functionality automation, and transaction processing capabilities.
- The system should provide analytics for data management and customer service improvements.
- The contractor must ensure integration with existing city infrastructure and software platforms.
- A detailed cost proposal is required that breaks down all initial costs, ongoing fees, and any transaction fees associated with up to 2,000 permits per month.
- The project includes a three-year initial service period with two optional one-year renewals.

The contract will commence upon award on December 10, 2024, with an initial term of three years and options for two additional one-year renewals.
