Dancy Street Curb & Gutter

Background
The City of Jacksonville's Public Works Department is seeking bids for the construction of curb and gutter along Dancy Street, from St. Johns Avenue to Pine Street.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the infrastructure in the area by providing necessary road improvements that align with the city's mission to maintain and improve public facilities.

Work Details
The work includes, but is not limited to:
- Curb and gutter installation
- Paver installation
- Pavement repair
- Asphalt milling and resurfacing
- Driveway repair
- Signing and pavement markings
- Tree planting
- Sodding
- Temporary traffic control
- Erosion control and pollution abatement.
All work must be performed in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications. The project completion is expected within 180 days from the notice to proceed.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution of the purchase order or contract and will continue until completion and acceptance of the stated scope of work.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for this contract is along Dancy Street, from St. Johns Avenue to Pine Street in Jacksonville, Florida.
