Boundary Survey of Evans Grove Land Parcels

Background
The St. Johns River Water Management District (the 'District') is seeking to enter into an agreement with a professional surveying firm licensed in Florida.
The goal of this contract is to conduct boundary surveys and other specific purpose surveys in Indian River and Okeechobee counties, Florida, in accordance with the Standards of Practice for Surveying and Mapping as per Florida Administrative Code.

Work Details
The work includes completing a certified boundary survey and other specific purpose surveys to determine the total number of acres of the property, parcel boundaries, and coordinates of parcel corners.
The awarded contract will be executed for a term through September 30, 2026, with all work performed through Work Orders.
The estimated budget for this project is $500,000.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in Indian River and Okeechobee counties, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must be licensed professional surveyors in Florida and demonstrate at least five years of experience in performing boundary, topographic, wetland, and bathymetric surveying.
Respondents must also provide documentation of their qualifications using the provided forms.
