Bert Winters Park Phase II

Background
The Bert Winters Park Phase II project is initiated by the Capital Improvements Division of Palm Beach County. The mission of this project is to renovate the picnic area at Bert Winters Park, enhancing the recreational facilities available to the community. This contract falls under the Annual Contract for Minor Construction, aimed at providing necessary improvements to public spaces in Palm Beach County.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, professional services, supervision, and miscellaneous requirements necessary for the renovation of the picnic area at Bert Winters Park according to approved engineering plans and specifications.

The work must be completed by June 30, 2025. Specific tasks include:
1. Renovation of the picnic area as per approved engineering plans.
2. Compliance with Florida Building Code for all materials used.
3. Obtaining necessary permits and inspections.
4. Providing a Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion prior to final payment.
5. Daily cleanup of job site and removal of waste materials.

Period of Performance
The contractor must contact the Project Manager within 72 hours of receiving the Notice to Proceed to establish a schedule for project implementation.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Bert Winters Park located at 13419 Ellison Wilson Road, North Palm Beach, FL.
